We stayed there over Canada Day yet again. I can't say enough good things. The room was fantastic, the Inn is very close to Parliament Hill and the Market, and the food was great. - Doug Cambell, Montreal
Bank Street
April 16, 2014 - Shopping Ottawa
Bank Street has more dynamic and eclectic stores along it's route than any street in Ottawa. If you're shopping for antiques, this is the place to go.
There are a variety of restaurants that you can drop in and out of while shopping.
A relatively new addition to the Glebe, Flapjack’s Pancake Shack has been shaking up the city with wild pancake creations for the last few months. Tucked away in a corner of the Glebe, you’ll find the wood-paneled shack doling out traditional flapjacks, savoury breakfast pancake sandwiches and pancake stacks decked with sweet toppings. The nearby log benches welcome you to take a load off and enjoy, what we think is, a quintessential Canadian breakfast. It’s no muss, no fuss and an incredibly delicious way to start your day of exploring in the Glebe.
