Will we ever see spring?

I woke up this morning to another unseasonably fridgid day in Ottawa. Here, and probably the entire eastern Canada and USA, are wondering if spring is ever going to arrive this year!
As if she was reading my thoughts, one of our guests from Arizona sent me an email with a bunch of pictures with the most beautiful flowers. Lorraine and her husband come and stay at McGee's Inn in early June, and have been coming here every year, for over 10 years! I joked with her that I was not sure the snow would be gone this year when she arrives. So she sent me this email and said it was to lift my winter-beaten spirits and remind me that the beauty of spring will be here soon. I sure hope so! These are a few of the pictures she sent me.
